🕒 Takes 5-10 mins on Wednesday evening.

Your role is to make sure the cake area is ready for us to have Announcements and Cake at 8pm.

Here's what you do:

• Set an alarm for yourself for 19:45.
• At 19:45, head to the cake area and check there is some kind of table up.
• Move any chairs to the outside of the room, rather than around the tables so we can fit everyone in.
  • (If it has tables and benches, leave them as they are).
• Head to the cafe and ask them if you can borrow a knife to cut cake with, they always say yes!
• Bring the knife down to the cake area and put it on the cake table. Ideally avoid injuring yourself or anyone else.
• Relax! Your job is done 🙂
