🕒 Takes 5-10 mins on Wednesday evening.

Your role is to make sure the cake space is tidy after Announcements and Cake is over and to make the centre staff love us.

What to do:

1. Go to Announcements and Cake with everyone else as usual.
2. Stay right til the end of Announcements and Cake.
3. As it gets quiet, and there are just a handful of people left, start clearing up after cake
4. Please can you:
   • Collect together any unopened packets or non-perishable goodies that can be kept for another week and take down the banner.  Give these to the Event Director or a member of committee who will put them into the locker for next week.
   • Take any left over cake, biscuits, goodies, fruit, etc that can't be saved to the staff at the reception desk.
     • We give them our left over cake and they're always very happy to receive it.
   • Return the knife used to cut cake to the staff at reception upstairs (someone else borrowed it off them earlier)
   • Clear any obvious rubbish off the tables - wrappers, empty cling film etc
5. Leave the cake space tidy and tuck the chairs and benches under the tables.
6. Go enjoy climbing!
